Cancellation Policy At Folkloure, we value the time and commitment of both our clients and practitioners. To ensure fairness and consistency across all bookings, the following cancellation policy applies to all sessions, workshops, and events. 1. Counselling & Individual Appointments Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may be charged 50% of the session fee, at the discretion of your practitioner. Non-attendance or same-day cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice) will incur the full session fee, as that time has been reserved exclusively for you. In cases of emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible — we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 2. Workshops & Events Due to limited capacity and pre-arranged materials, all workshop and event bookings are non-refundable for change of mind or non-attendance. Tickets may be transferred to another participant if you’re unable to attend. Please notify our team via email at least 48 hours before the event with the new attendee’s details. If Folkloure cancels or postpones an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. instructor illness, venue issue, or safety concern), you will be offered the option of a full refund or a transfer to a future session. 3. How to Cancel or Reschedule Please contact our team via email at [insert email address] or through our online booking system to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations are confirmed only once you receive written acknowledgment from our team. 4. Exceptions We understand that life can bring unexpected challenges. In genuine cases of emergency, illness, or compassionate grounds, please reach out — we will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis with care and fairness.
