Youth Services

Connect your student or child to the supports around them. A Modern Approach to the traditional pathways we've always know about.

Pathway Advisory .

Youth: Vocational Pathway Advisory

  • The Logistics: A 60-minute, face-to-face  consult at our Mornington Peninsula studio.

  • The Booking Process: No doctor referrals needed. Simply jump onto our online portal, select a date that suits your family, and book directly.

  • Wait Times: Currently taking bookings for August 2026.

  • How it Looks: Meet onsite with our team at our Personal Development Studio and go straight into a collaborative breakout room with an advisory expert. There are no clinical settings here...just a shared space, an interactive screen, a hot drink, and a whiteboard where we physically map out your student’s future together.

  • The Response (What You Take Home): Following the session, you will receive a report that highlights holistic options tailored to fit right into your child or student's current routine. We look at community options, vocational possibilities, leadership growth, and the specific networks that best suit your child's unique pathway.

  • Navigating School Open Nights: This personalised document includes an actionable strategy on how to make the most of your child's upcoming school open nights. When those opportunities come around, you will know exactly how to ask the right questions to unlock the full potential of your child’s continued education choices.

  • A Tool for Your School's Team: You can hand this exact document directly to your school’s wellbeing or pathways team to help them understand your child's possible direction. Because those school teams will also be onsite during the open nights, having this document gives you a shared roadmap, making it easy to advocate for your child together.

Youth Counselling.

Youth: One-on-One Counselling

  • The Logistics: Private 50-minute sessions

  • The Referral & Booking Process: We accept self referrals from parents, school counselor handovers, or external agency connections. Reach out via our website inquiry form, and our intake team will reach out to ensure we are the right team to work with your child .

  • Wait Times: Current wait times averaging 2 to 3 weeks for an initial appointment.

  • How it Looks: This is a warm, private room inside our studio designed to feel like a comfortable lounge room rather than a doctor's office. Your teen can sit back on a comfortable couch, grab a tea, and speak openly in a space that feels safe, confidential, and completely separated from the outside world.

Programs.

Community Programs: Youth Arts & Event Curation

  • The Big Picture: This is a hands on, real world program designed for young creatives who want to learn what happens behind the scenes in the arts and entertainment industries. Participants will collaborate to design, manage, and host their very own public arts exhibition right here on the  Mornington Peninsula .

  • A Mock Events Committee: Participants don't just create art; they take full ownership of the event by forming a real mock committee. We teach them the actual business side of the creative world, including building a profit and loss , handling ticketing, and holding formal project meetings.

  • Industry Mentorship & Networking: We bridge the gap between passion and profession. Throughout the program, the group will meet directly with local artists, entertainment industry professionals, and our community network to gain genuine insights, inspiration, and career contacts.

  • The Exhibition & Live Execution: On the final day, the studio transforms into a live public gallery to showcase their hard work. Our specialist team walks right alongside the committee for the live execution, providing hands on support, high energy motivation, and the perfect platform to celebrate their leadership with the local community.

  • Timeframe & Schedule: Running across the Victorian Summer School Holidays (December 2026 – January 2027). The program runs once a week for 6 weeks.

  • Age Range: Open to young people aged 14 to 18 years old (Secondary School students).

  • Session Length: 3 hours per week (combining collaborative committee meetings, industry guest speakers, and creative studio time).

School Workshops/Programs.

School Programs: VCE VM Partnership & Activation

  • The Initiative: We are currently working on a pilot activation in partnership with a local Mornington Peninsula school, supporting their mission to drive deep community engagement.

  • The Target Group: This collaborative program is designed to champion Year 11 and 12 cohorts undertaking the VCE Vocational Major (VCE VM) pathway.

  • Meeting Teachers Where They Are At: We don't bring a rigid, one-size-fits-all plan. We meet the teachers exactly where their students are at, working on solutions together to build a complete wrap-around support system for the students.

  • A Modern Intersection of Impact: Designed to work directly alongside the personal development skills curriculum, our program acts as a hands-on intersection for networking and resources. We introduce modern ways to intersect powerful impacts from local organisations, such as Rotary, to support youth who may be leaning towards disengagement.

  • Collectively Making Impact Together: By blending the school’s dedication with our community networks, we give students the resources to develop their school and take genuine pride and care in their environment. Together, we collectively make an impact, allowing students to stand back and watch their hard work unfold in the real world.
